So the GOP will be holding their own Jan/6th hearings (so much for looking forward, not back), but for some reason they will not call star witness Cassidy Hutchinson, who IMHO was very brave in stepping forward to testify. Why not call her? Oh, the usual terrible stuff I.e. men being creepy.
Add in the pardons of folk interfering with abortions, and it sure seems pretty clear that he is offering carte blanche to folk who are willing to be violent and break laws - not to mention longstanding conventions of civility - in support of his agenda. Add in America’s gun culture, and it doesn’t take a huge leap to presume to possibility of increased future ugliness - sanctioned and pardoned by the Pres.
We know that citizen researchers helped identify many of the Jan 7 participants. I can only hope that those same resarchers will continue to keep an eye on them and, within legal means, make their lives inconvenient.
