The conspiracy theorists focus on Kamala Harris because, first, she’s a powerful woman, and second, she’s a person of color. Therefore, she’s someone they fear and loath.

What I don’t get is exactly who the “they” behind this is. Just Democrats as a whole? A cabal of powerful Democrats led by, say, Nancy Pelosi, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Hillary Clinton? Or lizard people?
Oh, they’re totally nonsensical. The right wing projects its own insecurities and crimes and puts no further thought into it.

I’m pretty sure he’s harmless, just stupid, but I didn’t accept his invitation to come over for a Bloody Mary the other day. He is, of course, Jewish and “cosmopolitan,” and engaged in “international finance,” scary terms (often code for Jewish). And he’s not really an American.*

I’m surprised we’re not hearing that Harris was born in India and forged her birth certificate. Has anyone seen the long form? I expect to soon hear that Trump already has top investigators on the case, and you wouldn’t believe what they’re finding! It’s a disgrace! Very sad.

John C. Eastman, has made a similar claim. Since it depends on the fact that a person born in the US to parents who are not permanent residents and that fact is not true, that case hasn’t made much of a dent beyond people who need it to be true.
There was an attempt to resurrect the birther nonsense about Harris. It never got any traction, even, as far as I can tell, among the MAGA nuts.
