I may regret askin’ but doggio how does waaaaaay expensive dog food help with an ear infection. You know that ain’t where the food is supposed to go right?
My vet thought Maggie Wonderbeagle’s ear infections were caused by food allergies. So I tried the Venison Nutro, then prescription catfish/beet dogfood, and finally salmon and potatoes(broke my wallet, didn’t work, but she had the shiniest coat ever)
Ellen Cherry - Maybethis will brighten your spirits.
I used to go to daily Mass before I moved out to the middle of nowhere. It used to be, when I’d get off work I’d go to the barn and feed my horse. I would finish just in time to go to Mass at 6:00 in the evening. My new parish doesn’t have daily Mass in the evening although they have two on weekday mornings. I tried to convince them that having Mass in the evening two or three times a week would be nice, but they didn’t buy it.
I have recently discovered Peanutbutter M&M’s. These are wonderful!
doggio - The food the co-worker went to was the salmon-based food. She has a greyhound.
Eventful night. Went to the town Halloween party for the kids. Our daughter won the cracker whistling contest for ages 11-13. She won a massive bag of candy.
Your fur certainly fits that better, yup. scritches
Got a busy weekend coming up, as I’ve got an appointment with the audiologist for today (it was last week, but we moved it at their request), and I have to go to the store where I’d preordered the next WoW expansion (Blizzard has finally wised up and started selling direct channel preorders) and I have to upload the pics I want to show in the MMP, which I won’t be posting from work as it’s a holiday. I like holidays, both because it’s nice to get days off and because getting days off mean you got a job. But I am not going to the supermarket: I got essentials on Wednesday and will be ordering Chinese.
All our critters always eat the simplest chow, bought in bulk – and it doesn’t seem to have hurt them (one of the dogs is pushing 17 and is, basically, sloooowed way down but still healthy; other dog is a 12-YO whippersnapper… The cat is a young 'un [and a hellion!])
Remind me not to get into political arguments with random strangers on my relatives’ facebook pages again. What a lofty and condescending idiot.
I am so tired of waking up with a sore, scratchy throat. I’m ready for this cold to be over.
Well in the Halloween Department, Mass this morning was very interesting. It was school Mass for the elementary grades and most of them were dressed up. At the end of Mass, Father Gino peeled out of his vestments and peeled INTO a banana costume! The kids were shrieking with delight, and most of the adults too. Gino is totally cool; he’s a Jesuit, which explains a lot.
I also saw a high-school kid in a bright-green alien costume walking to school. His buddies were pounding him.
St. G — most everyone knows better than to link me to shoe sites. I cannot be trusted in front of a screen full of shoes. Those boots are way beyond awesome, though! They’re like in outer stratosphere territory. Thanks. I’ll be thinking of them all day!
We’ll see how today goes. One of my best friend’s mother’s funeral is today — one of the troubles I alluded to. She took her own life, which makes it doubly tough. Thanks again for thinking of me, everyone.
Home early. Things were kinda dead at work and at least one server was still not working right, so I couldn’t do what I needed to do. So after lunch, I decided to burn my last 2 credit hours. Here I am.
That’s all I’ve got. TGIF, Rally tomorrow, house-lookin’ on Sunday. Promises to be an interesting weekend.
Urp! Leftover Kirkland Signature meat pizza for lunch. Bumbawife went to Costco yesterday, and, since she was going to go sign up with weight watchers after work, I decided it would be a good night to go up to the pistol range for an hour or so, so we agreed on pizza for whenever.
Papa Murphy’s woulda been better.
Is this hug Ellen Day? {{{{{{{{{{Ellen}}}}}}}}}}}}. I hope your troubles go away soon.
Iffen I wasn’t so old, I’d remember what else is going on with all y’all.
