A new Finish the Western coming in a couple weeks

Just substitute the wagon for the cave. Can use virtually the same post.

Setting up for some wild west action, y’all.

Being found in Yuri’s caravan though, would throw suspicion on him. Given that May had said he was new to the show, and had access to her bow, it’s not looking good for him, especially if he shows up.

So maybe, if the hints of that could be added, not many changes would need to be made at all! I’d even thought of linking Zeke and Graziella, once she was mentioned, but darn it! ivylass beat me to it!

Okay, sorry, I didn’t catch that Rushan was actually Russian. And by caravan you mean a little trailer, not a group of traders, right?

Okay, we can take it from there. Sorry for the confusion.

No problem, your solution posted in the story was sensible and fits perfectly, with no major rewriting.

I think we’re heading to a climax…there’s gunfire in the streets of the Gulch!!

Good episode,** ivylass**! I want to see Knight at work, I’ve been trying to look up the history of the Pinkerton agency, but I haven’t had as much time as I wished.

Baker, do you have an idea of what May is going to reveal? If not I can try to take a whack at it.

If I can post before the tornado hits, that is.

Any idea is welcome! If you have one, use it!

Looks like Tuttle may not have Nichol’s aid when he tries another time at the AAA!

All I want is for Nichol’s part in the kidnapping to come out, somehow. May won’t(I think) have that, but maybe a hairbow left in Nichol’s rooms could sometime be found?

I still want to see Belle do something cool again! And I want to see Graziella again!

All right, let me kick the idea around for a bit and I’ll see what I can come up with.

Okay, sorry for the longish thread, but I reread everything from the beginning and made notes, so I wouldn’t make another cave/caravan boo-boo.

I think I’ve explained May/Nichol’s past, but I haven’t explained exactly what hold Nichols has over Dex. Since Dex is named after our own dear mod, I’m leaning toward a false sense of guilt of Dex’s part, rather than any actual wrongdoing.

We still need to cover how Tuttle and May unknowingly crossed paths, and I know who the unnamed victim is. He’d be about the right age, and there’s been hints that he’s ashamed of his past. E-mail me if you need more info, but I don’t think you will.

We still need to link in the crossbow tampering and Goldstone’s death. I know Yuri is involved with this and also Jesse’s arrest, but I’ll leave that to someone else to figure out.

Enjoy!

Not only do we still have some possible deadly storm action left if you want, but now we have a way for the town to prove it accepts Zeke.

So, we are left with the idea of some outside treachery attempting to drive a wedge between the Law (negro looking Zeke) and the mostly White townspeople.

Plus, the salvage/search might turn up some evidence we need to catch one of the bad guys…

Oh yeah, that’s a good idea, NCB. I’ll post later this evening, as I have a voting rally to go to in less than an hour. Hope I can come up with something to equal what you and ivylass just did! And BTW, if you have any recommendations either of you are leaning towards, shoot me an email!

You know what this tornado episode reminds me of? One of those, “who lives, who dies” cliffhangers. Didn’t Dynasty do that?

Back from the voting rally now. NCB, ivylass, a question, in case you see this first. Did May suddenly realize that Dex was the one who let Nichols stay informed on her whereabouts? That’s what it sounds like, am I wrong?

Now, I’m about to destroy me a chunk of town.

Hmm, what’s Danny gonna do when he sees Nichols for the first time? I remember how I had him tell Sally, way back, a matter in confidence about his family background, although it wasn’t spelled out what it was.

As another has said, I am loath to kill of a major character. But the doctor sounds awfully worn out.

If May goes to help nurse folks at the church, and Graziella comes in from the AAA and finds her soothing Zeke’s fevered brow, will there be a catfight? An amused audience might break the tension and assure Zeke of how folks feel about him.

Tuttle will still have some treachery going though, against the AAA, it needs to be stopped.

One more thing, with the tampering of the bow, at the very beginning, who* was* the real target, Hastings or the McLeods? For either one, who was behind it? I’m leaning towards something that was on that downed stage.

Yes. That’s why she screamed. She thought she was safe with the Wild West Show.

We still need to explain who the real target in the OP was, and work out the why of it. I figure storm damage could uncover a LOT of rocks, figuratively speaking.

And where is Alfred Tuttle, and what is he doing?

What was on that stage? I wanna hear what Percival has to say about that, after he’s taken care of.

Goodness only knows what could be in the cellar! :stuck_out_tongue:

Sorry 'bout the killins.

I reckon Mose can easily clear any Indian involvement by revealing that the tribal symbols made no sense whatsoever.
