I was a bit depressed at not being invited earlier, so I sorta stopped reading this thread. However, I mentioned Wave to my brother yesterday, he contacted his favorite computer nerd who had bunches of invites left and sent him one, and then he sent me one!
So - anyone starting a wave with Dopers that I can join in?
(Oh, and thanks for the offer! I have seven left, but wanted to try to get some people from my school to get involved, so might hoard those for a few days - if I get no takers at school, I should have a few extras to share as well!)
BTW, I also have Google Voice which is a voicemail program - feel free to call me at (702) 714-0175 as it is only voice mail and does not actually ring on my phone or anything - and it is immediately translated to text and sent to my gmail account.
DMark, your listed e-mail address did not allow me to add you to the new SDMB wave I’ve started. I even tried adding @googlewave.com at the end with no luck. PM or post the e-mail address you used to sign in to Wave and I’ll let you in.
Also, if there are any other new Wavers here that want in please also either post your relevant e-mail address so someone already in the new wave can add you if I can’t or PM me the e-mail and I’ll get to it ASAP.
NOTE: I prefer only people that are new to Google Wave to be in this new SD wave. A lot of the other people around here that have it have had it for weeks. If you’re new to Wave and haven’t had much practice, join this new SDMB wave because that’s what it’s for.
DMark PMed me and I think I added him to the wave. I don’t know if he has checked in yet or not.
I don’t see an e-mail address that I don’t recognize. Though I do see a new one that I forgot to add. Are you sure you added him?
