Came downstairs to a huge mess.

All I wanted was my coffee, smokes and crossword puzzle. (Except I don’t really like coffee, don’t smoke cigarettes and my paper didn’t come) I drink tea for breakfast. Black and hot, Earl Grey.

Yesterday it was bikini weather in Arkansas. Stormy night in the southland. Today I have on a winter parka and snow boots.

Wait… I coulda wore a bikini, coulda not shoulda. Nor, woulda.

Snow boots? No snow here, but you get the drift. (Heh! Made myself laugh)

Ok. Let me read my tea leaves and scratch off a lottery ticket (don’t know how to read tea leaves and no scratch offs around here)

I’m due some good luck. (Hear that, universe!! Me, bad bad bad Beck is owed!!)

The storm blew through here last night – nothing really severe, just howling winds all night, and the temperature dropped about 30 degrees. Compared to the reports of tornadoes and deaths further south, and a big snowstorm up north, we got very lucky.

Up here in the northland, I got lots and lots of snow. No tornadoes, thank heavens.
