OK, it’s not really Mad Magazine’s mascot but there is a resemblance.

I don’t really see the resemblance. Maybe in the ears, but that’s all.
He doesn’t look like Ted Koppel either.
The ears and maybe he’s missing a tooth or three. Yeah, I see a resemblance.
Only the one ear looks Neumanesque.
Perhaps the homeowner did a Fold-In on it?
