What is it with the camera peekaboo? I find it most annoying. Gotta admit she sounds great.
Katharine was okay, but not vulnerable enough for that song.
Katherine was very good but somehow still not very exciting. It was a good song for her but it was kind of like handing Chris a Pear Jam song.
Kat didn’t do the best job I’ve ever heard, but I just dig this song so much it doesn’t matter. Yay Kat!

Well, obviously they shellacked his hair to his head, which is not a good look for anybody who is not covering his ponytail with an Oakland Raiders helmet. And you’re probably right about the shoulder pads, but it balanced him out somehow. Maybe it was the skinny pants or something? (Which, by the way - I haven’t seen pants that pegged since 1984.)
Not crazy about Kat, once again. The performance was technically wonderful, but she looks like of dull and lifeless tonight. Something is wrong with her makeup. It’s too pale and earthy or something. She needs more pink in her face. Absolutely not loving her. How can you be so damned talented and so damned lacking in charisma, both at the same time?

I think this may be Kellie’s week finally.
I thought Katharine was, as usual, boring as hell. She has a beautiful voice but something is missing.

I think everybody did pretty well except for Kellie and Ace. I predict them and Elliot in the bottom 3 with probably Elliot gone even though it should be Ace.
Well, they certainly made my rankings easy this week. If Katherine had been just a bit more boring, then I’d be ranking them down the line in performance order. As it turned out, Ace was still the worst.
OK, my take on tonight:
Chris: The boy should SING more often. He sounded FANTASTIC! If he can avoid slipping back into the old mold, I think he may walk away with the whole thing.
Paris- Did a great job! A few uneven notes, but wow…the song fit her perfectly.
Taylor- Good song choice, but he seemed ‘off’ in a few places.
Elliot- I don’t like the ‘waivering’ in his voice, he sounds way better when he sings without it. The weakest of the night in my opinion.
Kellie- Jesus, that girl is stoopid. She had moments that were very good, but many more that missed.
Ace- I thought he sounded great… till his falsetto kicked in toward the end 
. This COULD have been his best song so far, if not for that. DID NOT like the hair, bleh. But the suit and tie was HOT.
Katharine- She is technically a very, very good singer, but she is just not to my taste, and she puts no personality into her singing.
I thought Taylor was much weaker than the judges thought he was.
My picks this week:

Paris – great
Elliott – I just love him!
Ace – can’t stand him at all
Taylor – I like him less every week
Kellie – I thought she looked really good this week, but didn’t do well.
I’m voting for Kat, Chris, and Elliott. Bottom three will be Elliott, Ace, and Paris I think. I hope it’s Ace gone.
I know a lot of people think Kellie might go, but I think we are underestimating the dolts of America that will vote for her!
The best performances were Paris and Katharine, the worst were Ace and Kellie, and everyone else was in the middle. Ace will go home.
It actually wasn’t a bad episode. Nobody sucked that much, and I though Rod Stewart had a kind of Austin Powers charm.
I don’t thionk the Pickler will go. I think her own admission that she butchered that song will save her this week.
I just went to dialidol.com for the first time and WOW. I have been surprised watching the results change over this last hour. I don’t know if that’s the type of thing I should spoiler tag or not (and I don’t know how because I’ve never tried). It’s definitely an interesting website.
Paris was born to sing Ella. That’s one of my favorite songs, so I was pleased.
Kellie was awful, awful, awful. Ace was okay for a while and then blam! Awful.
Katherine? Whatever. She’s about as exciting as watching turkeys drown! And why does she add an annoying twang to her voice when she sings? It annoys me. She annoys me!
