Man, I love Gewn Stefani, and I had to leave the room once she started doing push-ups. That was so pathetic and try hard. You aren’t “Just a Girl”, you’re a freaking mother of two who no longer has a voice and looks like an asshole up there.
Intro sounded awful, and considering the over-the-top-produced-sounding group sings this year, it’s obvious that was live.
Soooo… Paula suffers every minute of every day with horribly debilitating back pain, has struggled with addiction to painkillers as a result, and can still be slung around on stage like a rag doll? Uh huh.
Gwen sounded awful… clearly needed to spend a little more time building up lung power/endurance before going out on tour.

I’ve said for the last 5 years that she needs to act her age. She’s fucking 38 or 39 years old! Thirteen years ago, that outfit was cute and age-appropriate, but now (along with the push-ups), it’s just sad.
Oh, almost forgot- got to give Gokey props for coming back and laughing at himself over the Dream On Debacle.

That was pretty cruel to jerk the audience around like that, making us think Gokey might have been gone, then spitting in our faces. It feels like Election Night 2000 all over again.

Of course! But, I’m thinking that all of the talk about Chris Daughtry’s “MOST SHOCKING DEPARTURE…EVER!!” was foreshadowing to Allison’s departure.
I voted for about 10 minutes and only had 2 busy signals, so I had a feeling that Allison was going home.
Gokey lives to sing another day, while Allison gives one of the best sing-outs in recent memory.
There is no justice.
(Additionally, I scored zero points in the pool this week, but at least I wasn’t the only one. Wishful thinking. Oh well.)
