This morning before class I showed some Walk Off The Earth videos to my classmates, and then we went downstairs and turned on the radio and a Walk Off The Earth song came on!
I had a driving lesson later, and it went pretty well. I only nearly got into an accident a couple of times.
I’m drinking a Dr Pepper now.
My cold seems to be subsiding somewhat.

Time to play Recipe Roulette to see what I want to do with a couple swai fillets for dinner. I’ll probably fall to the default of baking them with a bit of lemon pepper. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy.
Sah-dog left a bisket on the floor and a little mouse just crept in and tried to carry it off.
He kept dropping it because it’s too big for him to carry.
So cute to watch him trying to sneak off with it.
I want to kill the little sucker.
Every time we think the mice are gone another one shows up.

They were teh nummiest! I was grillin’ burgers and makin’ fries at the same time out on the back porch. I could irk at Booger King!
The roofers have roofed and gone. It’s amazingly cleaned up out there to boot. So far I’ve only found one roofin’ nail in the driveway. :dubious: I have walked up and down the driveway three times. That’s the big place I worry about findin’ a nail. I tend to buy tires that can find any roofin’ nails within a ten mile radius of wherever I am. Spidey it’s a new red tarp. Remember I’m gay (WHAT??? I’M GAY???) so my tarp must be f-aaaaaa-bu-lous! 
If Sah-Dog is anything like Zelda was, all he’s doing is looking at the mouse and then back at you. “Mouse. There’s a mouse there. It’s a mouse.”
Stir-fry for supper. Dessert shall be iced mocha coffee. Soon it shall be crochet time. I need to get this blanket done if I’m ever going to give it to SpazDad.
Midget he’s a breed called an OriPei, a cross between a pug and a SharPei.
Flytrap I don’t care if he needs to make a living, he just needs to make it elsewhere.

I was just outside and found two more roofin’ nails. I swear the dang things must spontaneously generate! Both of ‘em were in the driveway. The same driveway I walked up and down and up and down and up and down earlier in search of roofin’ nails. GEEZ!
Roofing nails are like sewing pins. My mom would sew something, clean up, and then the next morning my dad would step on every pin she missed.
My dehumidifier’s fixed. I jiggled something and now it’s working again. Mechanical skills!

Now you know where baby roofing nails come from. Your driveway is now a nail nursery.
Dinner was baked feesh plus rice and caprese salad. Yummy! Dessert will be watermelon.
Tomorrow’s dinner shall be home-made pizza. None of that bobolink stuff either. DH picked up pizza dough from an actual pizzeria.

I have ingredients I want to combine, but searching recipe sites isn’t helping.
The ingredients: chicken breast, cream of mushroom/chicken soup (I have both in stock), rice, cheese.
Anyone got a good recipe using these?

One of my favorites:
Two cans cream of whatever, one cup white rice, one cup water. Mix in a 9x9 casserole. Lay chicken on top and season, then bake at 350 for one and a quarter hours. This easily doubles using a 9x13 pan.
Note on the rice… Use regular white rice. Not instant and not calrose (The stuff I normally use in a rice cooker doesn’t cook right in this recipe)
If the breasts are boneless, check how things are doing after an hour. I normally use bone-in thighs or leg quarters.
