I’m totally down with the new site, but my perusal of this board and Domebo has about equalized. It’s a good alternative when the Dope seems a little dry at times. There’s a whole different vibe going on at Domebo, I wouldn’t say it’s better than what we have here (this’ll always be my MB home), it’s just different but familiar. Like going over a friend’s house for a little more fun and creativity.
That is a great point. I am at domebo.net more at this point, but I am not giving up the Dope. I like too much about this place to give it up. I can’t keep up with all three boards though. I find I rarely visit Giraffe’s and it also looks good.

Sorry, small update. The New Boardreached 20,000 posts last night.
I haven’t been able to access the domebo board for several days…is it the fact that I’m in France? I keep getting the message,
“Language file ./language/fr/mods/notify_moderators.php couldn’t be opened.”
Any ideas, domebo folks?

I thought it was worth mentioning that Chat was added to Domebo last night and appears to be a big hit. All Dopers are more than welcome to come over and use it. I understand the existing chat room is pretty slow most of the time.
The chat is at the bottom of the board index.
