I’ve got a batch of thesein the oven. I’ll let you know how they come out. We didn’t have any nuts in the house, so they’re just chocolate and caramel filled. Still will probably be good.

EmilyG, isn’t it funny how after all these years of practice chewing, we still manage to bite our tongues from time to time? And ouch does it hurt!!! Why, WHY does the tongue have to be so receptive to pain???

Home from letting out, feeding, medicating and scooping.
I turned in my key and introduce client to replacement.
It was fun though as we sat and talked and played with the pups.
Now I am irking.
Sleepy too as I only slept about 4 hours last night.
I could use a nap.
Howdy Y’all! N.O.L. was a success. Everyone left around two and da bear loaded the dishwasher and took a well deserved rest for an hour. Since then I’ve been messin’ on facebook and doin’ some laundry. I also just emptied the dishwasher. Go Me!
Now I must go check out $2.99’s pit thread. I don’t go there often so this is a rare foray for me.
Probably so that when we do bite it, we cease chewing, lest we gnaw hunks off of it. :dubious:

swampy, I love the pit but rarely ever work up enough ire to ever pit anyone. That guy sent me over the edge though. I’m not surprised he was banned.
I worked on some crafts and listened to my new CD. It was quite nice.
Then I had supper with my dad and sister. My dad barbecued steak and potatoes. Supper was very tasty, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I could’ve because my tongue still really hurts. 
Our supper was shrimp, N.O.T. tots, and peas-n-carrots. We’ll have the Oatmeal Carmelitas a little later. $2.99, if you were here, I’d let you have one. Maybe even 2, altho you might have to fight FCD… he has a serious sweet tooth!
We got our booking number for our cruise next year and I went on the site to do some of the preliminary “paperwork” - very preliminary - the cruise doesn’t leave till Aug 27 of *NEXT YEAR! * 
Tonight will be an exercise in knittage.
