September sounds good. My first Doper F2F was on my birthday in September 2001. This year it’s on a Thursday, so I wasn’t thinking of repeating that.
I’d probably be up for something in September, too, depending on when/where. Suddenly I’m all about meeting other Dopers. 
My birthday is in September, too, and is also on a Thursday this year! Mine is the 21st.
