Are my cigars now outlawed?

I quit smoking cigarettes well over 15 years ago. But on rare occasional I enjoy a Prime Time flavored cigar.

Unless I’m missing something, legislation just passed that would ban these:

Is that the case for my cigars?

I’ve ranted about crap like this before. I really love the freedoms we used to have in this country.
