Sunrazor, while I won’t speak for Polycarp, I wouldn’t refer to myself as “Catholic” any more than I’d refer to myself “Worldwide”. As an Anglican, I’m a member of the catholic Christian church (note the small “c”) which includes all forms of Christianity, but I’m not a member of the Catholic (note the capital “C”) Church and entitled to take Communion in it or otherwise claim membership.

If ever you were served by a stunning, red-headed, charming waitress with pale skin and grey eyes, an easy laugh, and legs to die for… it wasn’t me. And never will be, since I don’t look like that. 
I never did go to work for the restaurant - I got hired at the consignment shop before they responded. I was thisclose, though.
