Well, since it was my idea in the first place, what I’ll do is bring Hamburgers, Hot dogs, the buns for each, and some condiments (mustard, ketchup, relish, mayo, etc). However I don’t know how to grill :o sheepish So somebody else would have to do it.
I would also ask that everyone who came would bring a long a dish or some sort of snack item. Something that would feed about 11-16 other people.
Kids/SOs welcome of course.

It might be possible… MIGHT. It’s a ways for me but… I’ll try. My car hates me, you see. She may have a “temper tantrum”. If I can convince my SO to go then the car issue isn’t a prob. I’d really like to go though but I will give a yay or nay one way or another soon.

What time?
We’ll bring the huge salad. Classes end the 19th and We’ll be flying out the 22nd. There may be a caveat to all this, as my MIL is not well as of right now. So if things do not go as planed for her, we will not be in AZ for the winter break.
Anyone can feel free to email if applicable. Oh and we will be coming from Ahwatukee, if we do some out, so if anyone needs a ride let me know.

Well poop! My first possible dopefest and I can’t make it. I’ll be on the east coast for work for about 2 weeks during those dates. Well take lots of pictures and post em.
OK, I got so excited thinking about the Superstitions in that thread, that I’ve planned a little backpacking trip form the 6th to the 9th or 10th. So I’ll come by on my way back, with (perhaps) some tired Ramblers in tow.
10 am would be bad for me, I think, later might be better (like afternoon). If y’all decide to do it at 10, I’ll swing by when I’m back and see if it’s still going on. How am I going to identifiy the right group of people, assuming you’re still there? A big, “Welcome, Dopers!” banner?
Do they still make thos kid harnesses? I used to wear on when I was little. They go around the chest and allow a leash to clip onto a hook in the back.
