No rain here yet, so I’ve got the sprinkler going. The sky is darkening, so maybe…
No rain here. Too bad. I want rain. I like rain. What I really want is a huge thunderstorm.
Made milkshakes! Sweetie got vanilla because he’s boring. I got vanilla too but I used one of my tupperware thingies to chop up some Reeses PB cups and then mixed it into my shake. It was super yummy.
I cleaned my whole bathroom and it looks nice. I keep forgetting to steam the floor though. I should do that before I forget again.
By this time tomorrow, my sister and daughter and boyfriend will be here!!! I haven’t seen my sister or niece in about 4 or 5 years and I haven’t met her boyfriend and I can’t wait! We talk a lot on Facebook and he’s friggen hilarious. He also treats my niece like she’s his own daughter and he loves them both dearly so I can’t wait to give him a big hug. It’s about time my sister finds someone who appreciates her! They’re driving up from VA tonight.

You eat that great stuff (except for chicken salad), you’ve got a pool, it’s raining AND your air conditioner gets fixed in five minutes.

All the rain I was waiting for here ended up all the same couple of areas, which promptly flooded. The only thing we got out of the deal is that there’s a free sauna outside; just open the door! Ugh.
Good news…Was up 100 bucks at the casino, yay! <most I’ve ever been ahead>
Bad news…yeah, you guessed it. Had a good lunch though 
First “relaxing” weekend I have had in awhile. What shall I do?

I made two batches of what I term “Bachelor Chow” (yay Futurama!) and I have been making Tuna Mac salad, Potato salad and other goodies too. Its relaxing.
Tomorrow more chillin then 1 more week 'til 2 off… a lot of fun to have happen!

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN 'Tis 74 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 94. It did rain some overnight but not a lot.
gigity a day of mad cookin’ skillz is always good. I do that some particularly thinkin’ about stuff for dindin durin’ the week. Right now I have a roast beast in the slow cooker that will be N.O.L. today and dindin for Tuesday. Fresh field peas with snaps, corn and rice will be good sides. Tomorrow night is men’s night at the church house so I already have steaks marinatin’. Kinda makes ya feel like you should have your own Food Network show don’t it? 
We shall deheathenate this mornin’ and then return to the church house to funeralize this afternoon. 
Ok, I shall seek more caffiene and begin to consider brekkie.

So, I had an open house yesterday - ONE interested party.

When I said I wanted to get up early today, I mean 10:00 or so, not 8:00. It’s Sunday. It’s too friggen early to mow the lawn. I guess I’ll be pulling weeds and cleaning the doggie pool.
I don’t think I could sleep till 10 anymore if I tried. I have to be up at 8 every morning, though, to make my sure my grandparents take their pills. Even if I didn’t get out of bed then I’d still have anxious dogs scratching at my door or the two that can make it onto the bed would be standing on my head.
Today I’ve got to get back to work on my paper. I did a bit of research yesterday and didn’t come up with as many articles as I’d like. But after thinking about it all day I’ve come up with a new, more generalized approach which I think will make my life easier. In the meantime I’ve given myself approximately 20 more minutes to goof off.

According to the Realtor, the guy was a mogul in the area - owns several houses and rents them all.
At this point, I’d even sell to a flipper if he’d meet my price, which is $70K under market for this type of house on this sized lot
**Tao **- We keep getting missed by the rain, and we’ve got a walk-out sauna today also. ick. I was outside very briefly, and I’m dripping!! stoopit summer.
When my daughter was visiting my mother this week, thye made marshmallows - one batch of almond-flavored with chocolate icing and a batch of strawberry-flavored. I’m going to use the strawberry batch and make rice krispy treats - we’ll see how that goes…
Meanwhile, I’m laundering a comforter because a certain evil kitteh peed on it because a certain spousal unit brain-farted and didn’t lock the back bedroom door. After it’s out of the washer, I’m going to leave it on the clotheslines overnight - that should air it out well. At least it as on the floor, so he didn’t also pee on the bed. stoopit cat.
**FCD **is futzing in his shop - putting away all the stuff we moved down from the garage. While he’s gone this week, I’m going to clean the carpets and unpack some of the boat stuff that we just crammed on shelves in the garage. And one of the days, daughter is coming over to help me empty and sort the contents of the white shed. I see a dump run as well as a number of For Sale ads on the local community classifieds site. Then when **FCD **gets home, he’ll get to build a ramp into the white shed so we can park the mower in there. I’ll move the good yard tools from the red shed, then we can demolish it and get it out of the yard. Slowly but surely, we’re getting stuff organized…

Mowed the back lawn and the kennel. Depooped the kennel. Cleaned and refilled the doggie pool. Showered. Now I’m settled down for a relaxing few hours playing Evil Genius while waiting for people to arrive!
Good morning everyone.
We had a great time with our friends last night. We took them to a restaurant we discovered and they loved it.
After we ate dinner, we came back here for conversation and 99. I won one of the games, so that was nice.
I don’t plan to do much. I do have to go to the grocery store because I used the last of my coffee beans this morning when I made coffee. Since the grocery store is in the same shopping center as the place I go to for my pedicures, I’ll get that taken care of too. Finally! I’m way overdue for one.
I have no idea what I’m going to make for dinner. I haven’t decided yet.
