#4 - Fenris, are you sure of that? I thought Johnny didn’t appear in the JSA context until All-Star Comics # 5. In what context did he appear in issue # 3?
(I was about to guess Hawkgirl was the person I was missing, but since Fenris doesn’t think so, I’ll assume I was correct that she wasn’t in there.)

As I recall, he crashed the meeting like Red Tornado did. He was only in for a couple of panels. I’ll double check when I get home. And I’m fairly certain that he appeared in All-Star #4. (Although this fairly exhaustive page says he was in #3)
