Saw this in the Style Invitational, a weekly humor contest in the Washington Post. This week’s contest is to come up with inept pickup lines, from either sex to either sex.
Seeing it just made me curious … what are some of the worst pickup lines you’ve either heard or tried? I did a search and only found a thread asking IF you’ve picked somebody up (which included some pickup lines that worked) so hopefully I’m not repeating something here.
For me, it was watching as a (drunk) friend said to some woman “you’re a lesbian” and as she reacted in surprise continued with “prove me wrong.” SLAP.
