NotherYinzer love the screen name - I know where you’re from. Do they still have the parade downtown there? When I was a kid my grade school would dress up and dance in it. And it was always cold and rainy. Uphill both ways too (which isn’t hard in that town).
By the way, does anyone know the Anglicized spelling for the Greek word for Perspective? I want to use that name for someone in the context of a Muse.

Heading out for Chinese for supper. Damned sun is shining - it couldn’t have shown up 6 hours earlier, could it? Stoopit sun.

I felt brave enough to take a walk up the Killer Hill to the Top o’ the Mountain again. My calves are telling me very firmly that we will not be doing that tomorrow. Still slightly woozy. I think I was having IV flashbacks this morning and that was why I was so messed up by the vampire feeding.
Back from the not-terrible Chinese place. We think they changed management since the menus are different… as if any menu in any Chinese restaurant is different from any others. But these were laminated plastic instead of the bound folders they used to have, and there seemed to be fewer selections. Anyway, it was OK and now we’re home and I’m going to spend the rest of the evening stuffing bunnies!

Winter is officially over…for both this year & next, & probably the year after that, too. You see, today, Mr. Brown delivered my ice/snow traction thingies. This means that, despite having snow on the ground continuously since mid/late January there will not be a need to use them until such time as they either rust out (despite never coming out of the box) or I throw them away because they’re taking up space & are never used.

He reminded me of how “appreciated” I am.

BLURF. How can one measly hour make so much difference? Rough day at irk with a hangover and not enough sleep. Busy too.
I don’t want to work anymore.
I didn’t get enough sleep (was out late) on Saturday night. Got up early-ish Sunday. Went to bed at a decent time on Sunday night, but was extra-tired this morning.
3 naps in one day today- excessive? 
All I know of St. Patrick’s day is that you can have corned beef and cabbage and get some Irish soda bread too. Tasty stuff! I don’t have any plans as of yet, but am open to whatever. 
I’m looking for a good recipe for chicken piccata -anyone got one in their inventory? Pioneer Woman made some in a recent progam and boy it looked good. She served it with lemon noodles w/parsley - YUM! I may go ahead and try her recipes.

I am goin’ to email TPTB in a bit to say I won’t be goin’ to the orifice today. I feel awful. It’s allergy related as I have no fever but am all stopped up and sneezin’ my haid off. I may just call it a sick day and not even log in from da cave. I’m thinkin’ some Benadryl[sup]TM[/sup] and goin’ back to bed may be called for.
