Besides Butter Pecan: What are the 'American' flavors?

Omigodz! Must. Eat. The white chocolate almond!

Superman ice cream, along with bubblegum flavour, is wildly popular with the under-12 set, but only if it comes in BRILLIANT BRILLIANT NOT FOUND IN NATURE colours. And if the bubblegum has chunks of actual bubblegum in it. Adults never order this, mainly because it’s so sweet it’ll make your teeth ache. Peanut-butter-and-chocolate was hugely popular with adults, with close runners-up mint chocolate chip, plain chocolate, and plain vanilla. Teens were kind of a crapshoot–if they want to impress whoever they’re out with, they’ll order the “exotic” flavours–pistachio, Blue Moon, cinnamon. If they’re kids who are just being allowed to go places on their own for the first year or so, they gravitate to having all kinds of toppings–gummi worms, Oreo crumbs, M&Ms, jimmies of every variety, or any combination of stuff.

Some flavours–rum raisin, mango, butter pecan, and all the “we just chucked shit into a vat and this is what we came up with” flavours (mocha almond fudge, macadamia nut and chocolate chip, etc) could go A LONG TIME without being replenished. They just did not go in volume anything like the more common and popular flavours.
