I had written up a mini-description of myself, but it doesn’t hold a candle to “depending upon where she’s parked her broom”! You’re such a swell guy, dances. Good to see you at the party!
In the later photos, tdc pretty much looks like a cute, scruffy guy wearing a flannel.
It was great to see all of ya and to meet some new folks (norinew, nyctea–the duo with the terrible to pronounce names!).
RT, pleasure to finally make it to the same DopeLocation as you! Though I never thought you’d sweep me off my feet like that!
Then, to top it all off, Edward called me a cutie in the thread! swoon And you’re not wearing a boa in all the pictures–some have you wearing a witchy hat! (Joking aside, you did a great pose grrr pose for me, and I’ll share it ASAP.)

I’m already considering costumes for next year, believe it or not.
Yep, me too. So far I’ve narrowed it down to “costumes that don’t involve injuring myself”. I think I can pull it off.
Actually, I had a great idea this year, but not in time to get all the required pieces. Plus, it’s a little obscure, even for the dopers.
My pleasure, believe me. 
Next year, I may keep the basic costume, but replace the board with the Book of Armaments.
I’ve got pix, but it’s been a busy week. I ought to be able to post them by tomorrow night.
I am just sad because there aren’t any pictures of my in my costume. I didn’t take it off that early!
I was much cuter in it than my normal clothes. Wings and a tiara can make anybody cute!
Ahhh, the joys of being single…so many handsome doper dudes, so little time 
All except for me that is. I can’t imagine what I would look like with wings. Makes even me shiver.
I had a good idea for next year though. Since I shaved my legs this year I was thinking of doing the same thing next year except growing a beard and going as the bearded lady. I didn’t have time to grow a beard for tomorrow.
Oh and moi, how do you keep such a firm bottom? Even with all I do mine is so flabby.

Just took a look at the pictures. Looks like ya’ll had a great time. Although I never attend these things, I will say that I’ve noticed that Jonathan Chance always seems to host great get together’s, and I applaud him for taking the extra step to make the SDMB not just a board, but a community.
JC has amazing parties. Don’t know how the guy does it (but I’m really glad he does!)
It’s just like he said: Invite everyone, and provide drinks for all of them.

But we’re dead game serious about the South Dakota thing.
There’s like 4 pics of me in all of the sets, and many people (even gobear) complimented me on how good I looked. Next year I’ll also have to hunt down my bowtie & cummerbund, or possibly a jacket with tails.
Then you had better have one hell of a going away party.
I’m thinking of slinking away in the night like the Colts did.
