Ham. In Europe, of course, not in the U.S.
Kettle Sriracha chips are really good if you want something a little different. Warning: they are not “hot” as labeled. In fact, they are not even super spicy.
Potato chips are a local product, unless something big has changed recently (I don’t eat a lot of snack foods). Because you can’t ship them far without crunching them into little tiny bits. Lay’s is one of the few brands you can find all over the country.
Just mentioning because Utz (which I love) is a NYC area brand. So you won’t be able to find Utz’s Yak Bladder Flavored Chips if you live in Paso Robles.
Me, I like plain salt, or salt & pepper. But Zapp’s (Louisiana) makes a dill-flavored chip I wouldn’t kick out of bed.
I enjoy barbecue very much, and chili fries. :).
They are also voting now for a new M&M’s peanut flavor…coffee nut, chili nut, and honey nut!
I pretty much like any salt & vinegar chip (my favorites being Jay’s and Utz’s), dill (once again, Jay’s, although they call it sour & dill), and Herr’s Old Bay potato chips, which I unfortunately cannot find around here, nor any of its similar cousins like Utz’s crab chips.
I also prefer my chips without any added flavorings, although lightly salted is not necessary.
You may get your wish eventually. Wegmans has opened a few stores in the Boston area, so they do seem to be headed your way.
I tend to like my chips plain, but am not strictly speaking a purist when it comes to additional flavors. For instance, I like Kettle brand crinkle cut salt & pepper chips and Better Made hot chips

I’m with you Biggirl. Lays’ Lightly Salted are my go-to chip. I just wish they sold them in single-serving bags.
They might come back, I missed them by one day first go-round: I was in the store and simply didn’t have enough money on me to get them till next day. When I went bac, they had been taken off the shelf. But they did come back briefly a month or so later, and yes, they were really good!
Sometimes odd flavors show up in gas stations and 7-11’s, like Herr’s Prime Rib (?) and BBQ Rib… and sometimes those odd Lay flavors. I thought Korean Barbeque was pretty darned good - barbeque on the sweet side, like bulgogi should be.
My favorite though is Lays lightly salted. Thin and delicate, and a lot are folded over chips, I love those.
Kettle brand Salt & Black Pepper, Trader Joe’s Olive Oil, Grandma Utz, Cape Cod (various).
Those sounded tempting, but my closest grocery doesn’t carry 'em. Curse you people in Real America, with your enormous supermarkets!
If you’re a fan of Salt&Vinegar or Dill Pickle, you might also enjoy Limon - which I’ve only seen by Lays and in locations either in or near Mexico.
They got 'em here in Chicago. But I live in a majority Mexican neighborhood, so that would be why. I’ve had them, and they’re okay, but that dry lime flavor just reminds me of Froot Loops so much. Pretty much all the chile & limon snacks I see around here have that flavor, and it’s hard for me to recontextualize that particular lime flavor from a children’s cereal to savory snack. I’m working on it, though.
Sriracha chips are good.
Herr’s Cheddar and Horseradish. They used to do it in a regular chip. Now it’s just in kettle. Not as good, but still amazing.
Kettle Spicy Thai chips for me, please.
Anything bacon flavored
