What’s your favorite potato chip, both brand and flavor

Absolutely not posting a poll because I’m looking for new ideas. I’ve been eating Munchos and Kettle chips (various flavors) for a year now. I really should have brought back a ton of Walkers crisps from the U.K. as they have the most interesting flavours.

Anyway, go ahead and post what you like. I don’t care if it’s regional, I plan to travel like mad once I can again.

Salt and Vinegar for flavor. I don’t care(or notice) about the brand - the store brand/noname chips are almost always just as good as Lays or whatever.

Same thing I came to say. Salt and vinegar. I don’t really know the brands apart either, but I like the ones so strong that inhaling from the bag clears your sinuses and the chips burn your tounge.

Kettle brand from Costco. The big bag of 'em, wavy with Himalayan sea salt.

Also, Pringles Cheddar Cheese (and there are some other nice ones on the list.) (But the Pringles salt and vinegar are much weaker than the best.)

In general I like salt and vinegar or sour cream and onion chips. However, if I had only one choice for a chip it would be Miss Vickie’s Harvest Cheddar & Herbs.

It’s a tossup for me, between salt and vinegar, and barbecue. I’m not picky as to brand, though; I’ll generally get whatever is on sale at the supermarket.

If your travels include a stop in New Zealand, I’ll recommend Eta Roast Lamb and Mint flavored chips.

In the US, my go-to is Ruffles Queso flavor.

Oh my. I had no idea that was A Thing…

Clancy Garlic Bread Chips

Plain Lays. Followed by plain any other brand. Followed by plain kettle chips (all of these are regular salted plain). After these there are some flavored chips I like. Vidalia onion, sea salt and pepper, salt and vinegar-- especially kettle. Some of those Lays freaky flavors have tickled my fancy but I can’t remember any of the specific ones I liked.

The original Utz are great. Just the right amount of crisp without being too oily. I’ve yet to find a kettle chip I like, they’re always way too hard and crunchy.

I really like Old Dutch smoky bacon.

Similar flavour, but different delivery method, Hickory Sticks are great, too.

Used to be the case, but, while I still find Snax To Go pretty good, most of the off-brand chips I find, lately, are basically flavourless. Lays, Old Dutch, Snax to Go, and related brands of other sorts of snacks like corn chips, are basically the only ones worth buying any more.

You guys are crazy, eating French Onion Sunchips makes me big and strong!

Kettle Chips, Sea salt & Vinegar.

ETS: I’ve been into Letterkenny for awhile and I want to try ‘all dressed’. Ordered some, so we’ll see how that goes.

If you make it to central Ohio, try Mike Sells potato chips. I live in the Seattle area now and miss those. I remember and liked the plain, Honey BBQ, Good and Hot, and Green Onion. I just looked on Amazon and see that they also have Spicy Dill Pickle, Cheddar, and Smoked Bacon. Working now on resisting the temptation to order them all.

Martin’s Bar-B-Q Waffle, but good luck finding them outside the central Pennsylvania area.

I’m originally from Columbus, Ohio so I’m very familiar! I don’t make it back often since I have no friends or family left there.

Tim’s Jalapenos. Good Stuff, Maynard!

I love lay’s classic potato chips…Chrispy and delicious.
