I shall irk, of course, and then go to the church house to perform my chefly duties. 'Tis taco night. OLÈ!
Ok, that’s all I got. I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy wants sustenance. Then, alas and alack, irk purtification must commence.
Welcome, Madame, I’ll have to add some of my recipes to the blog. And you should put up a picture of Frank Sinatra next time they close things off. “Egress ,I’ve had a few, but then agan, too few to mention…”
So I should hold off posting my “cheap romance scene written with only hockey phrases”?
The best thing about Sharknado 3 is all the other shark movies they’ve either made or pulled out of the vault to make a celebration out of it. Right now is Jersey Shark Attack with some of the most classic Garden State over-the-top acting I’ve ever seen. I feel like someone should have gotten a 10 minute major for too many stereotypes on the ice at one time.
The store where I sell my stuff has a FB page, and they’ve posted that they sell local organically raised chicken - $4.95/lb!!! Can they possibly taste 5X better than the chickens I get at Food Lion for 99¢/lb on sale?? I kinda doubt it. In any case, ain’t no way I’m spending over $20 on a chicken that isn’t served with salad, sides, dessert, and a strolling violinist. OK, we can skip the violinist - don’t need that noise when I’m trying to eat!

**doggio **- you’re going to hell for that, just so you know.
Just got off the phone with my supplier. We’re getting 3 tons of pellets delivered some time in the next 2 weeks. Last year, we paid $209/ton. This year it’s $269/ton. ouch! And that’s still the cheapest price I found around here. Even including the delivery charge, $857 to heat us all winter is a helluva deal - it’d be at least half again that much if we went all fuel oil.
Now I need to clean the garage and clear space for the pellets. Last year we only had 2 tons, so a few things will need to be rearranged.
