Week from hell doesn’t even begin to describe it anymore. Yesterday, I worked from 7 am to 2 am. Open to close. That was after I sat on the side of 95 for almost hour, under the impression that my closing manager could work as long as he had a ride. Then the tow truck wouldn’t go without him. So, he was supposed to go home, get a car, and come back. I never heard from him again. My DM is ripshit…heads will roll.
I was really looking forward to meeting everyone…any way we can plan a makeup day sometime before October?

You know, I’d never noticed the WWW buttons, before. And, your munchkin apparently doesn’t photograph well (like me). Because, (unlike me) she is much cuter in person. Oh, and I really liked your Dead Pets Zone.
As for the next go-round, I’d suggest, as I did last night, one of the many quality establishments dedicated to the fine art of pocket billiards. (A pool hall, to you lowlifes out there.) The food may not be as good, but the atmosphere should be more conducive to cutting loose a bit. Thoughts?

Pool is fun, even if I suck at it, and by then, all bars will be nonsmoking, so tanookie wouldn’t have to worry (or anyone who doesn’t like smoke. I was refering to the concern stated earlier.)

And for reference, I’m from Central MA now, but grew up about 20 miles west of Boston, went to school in Boston and used to live and work darn close. And I played lots of gigs in town, once at the Orpheum, even! (Just in case the whole post count thing failed to get me in, that ought to do it. :p)
