Meh, he’s got a long ways to go to break Franco’s record.
How much longer can this possibly go on?
Those are some serious leadership skills if he’s still their leader. Somebody should tell Kim Jong Un to watch his back.
Something smells fishy about this… probably his body.
Any updates on Generalissimo Francisco Franco? I hear he’s still dead (going on 40 years now).
For those uninterested in the link; It was a Saturday Night Live sketch by Chevy Chase. The network news in 1975 had given us so many breathless updates on the declining health and demise of Spain’s leader, that he made it into a comic sketch for his mock newscast. Mimic-ing the ridiculous coverage, he reported each week that “Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still critically dead”.

Jane, you ignorant slut!
It’s great when people explain jokes from yesteryear.
To be fair some are still using the “not dead yet” defense.
Whoa, this background makes my post funnier!

Modern tech raises so *many *vexing questions.
So not only does Obama kill Osama bin Laden, he infects Mullah Omar with a disease and has him dying slowly in a hospital? Talk about being the best anti-terrorism president ever!
And not just merely dead - he’s really most sincerely dead.
HE IS AN EX-MULLAH!!! [Picks up Mr. Omar and bangs him against the counter.]
So many cultural references, so little time…
I opened this thread expecting to find out that some Mullah Omar debris had been found washed up on a beach in Madagascar.
