From memory-Fleetwood played one of two Antedian ambassadors. Their robes were lined with ultrecium. To quote Worf “What a handsome race!”
I agree that he doesn’t count, especially given that the “Comic” played by Piscopo has a comedic style very different than Piscopo’s own.

In fact, it turns out that quite a few of you here can out-Trek my co-worker when it comes to this stuff.
She seems to do much better on plot and story devices than she does on actors and episodes, so any other trivia along the lines of the former would be great.

James Worthy (former LA Laker) also played a Klingon in a TNG episode…I think it was the one where for Worf’s birthday they got him the Klingon ceremony with the pain sticks in the holodeck.
I dunno, the “Comic” wasn’t funny. That’s pretty close to Piscopo’s norm.
