Are you unable to understand the accent or do you not understand the meaning of the words being said? If it’s the latter, type them here (i’m not clicking that link) and I’ll do my best. 
A little of both (I’m from the USA). I think he says “Sicilian. or what we would call* kino* pizza. You can see it … . kinea, here, here, and here … it’s kinda delicate, I guess. It’s crunchy … mishella [?], I guess.”
Could he be talking about anchovies or capers? 
I just listened to it again. It sounds as though he’s saying “Misigian pizza.” Actually, I think he’s on Sardinia rather than Sicily.
He says “sea urchin pizza, which we probably know as kina pizza”
kina being a maori word for sea urchin.
Later on he says, “you can see kina there, and there”
Then “it’s kinda delicate I guess… it’s crunchy; there’s actually shell in it, I guess”
