Can anybody tell me what this New Zealander is talking about?

A little of both (I’m from the USA). I think he says “Sicilian. or what we would call* kino* pizza. You can see it … . kinea, here, here, and here … it’s kinda delicate, I guess. It’s crunchy … mishella [?], I guess.”

Could he be talking about anchovies or capers? :confused:

I just listened to it again. It sounds as though he’s saying “Misigian pizza.” Actually, I think he’s on Sardinia rather than Sicily.

He says “sea urchin pizza, which we probably know as kina pizza”
kina being a maori word for sea urchin.

Later on he says, “you can see kina there, and there”

Then “it’s kinda delicate I guess… it’s crunchy; there’s actually shell in it, I guess”
