I love to watch a show called “The Profit” on CNBC Watch Live. For unknown reasons it’s stopped working so I can’t watch it on my computer (via my browser). It worked last fall, and all the way up to about December, then just stopped. I’ve had this problem before where it worked and then stopped and then worked again for a while, so the problem might be their website and not my computer. But I’m not sure. Would like some opinions.
So I’m using a Mac, OS 10.13.3, and Firefox version 58.0.2. I do have the shockwave flash plugin installed and configured to be always on.
The CNBC Watch Live site seems to fail on the login (it sort of logs in through my cable provider, Comcast). The only error message it gives is to tell me to upgrade my Adobe Flash, which I have. Furthermore, I’ve checked the cookies and privacy settings that the site troubleshooting FAQ says to do, and everything is fine.
It’s even worse on Safari, the page barely renders there, and displays html and css code, so that’s not an alternate solution.
Thoughts or suggestions?
