Well, I was always fond of Pat Harris’ depiction of Christopher Robin’s mother—but then again, I’m always a sucker for a pretty voice. That, and we never saw her face, or much of her behavior, so she might have been an alcoholic bipolar with a face like Dr. Phibes, for all I know.

I am way, way late to this thread, but as soon as I saw the title, I came in to post this Dexter’s mom – beaten to the punch!
And I realize in advance that this breaks the OP’s rules, but Futurama’s Amy Wong is technically a mom, too.
