The Chicago Fire Department just recently played the Chicago Police Department in a charity ice hockey match. I would love to get my hands on one of those fire department hockey jerseys. I haven’t had any luck finding any information about them. eBay doesn’t have any listings, and the CFD store doesn’t have any either. I would be willing to shell out some money for one of these jerseys. Does anyone out there have any information to share?
If you know the station that one or more of the players came from, drop by and give them a visit, that is, if you live in Chicago. If you do, you will know that dropping by any city office requires you to take a very humble and very unobtrusive posture. Everyone working for the city seems to have a paranoia about “strangers asking questions”. But once they figure out you aren’t there to “investigate” anything, they will probably offer you a coffee and a donut. 
My ex was at that game (it was this morning by the way for those of you playing along at home)with her bf who is a CFD firefighter. my son got a hockey stick and puck from one of the players. It turns out another of the players is a guy who owns a bar I worked at briefly. I’ll ask Jeff and Pat tomorrow. What size are you looking for?
so I get along with my ex and her bf…isn’t that supposed to be good ? 
Another idea, I would bet Gunzo’s had something to do with making the jerseys.

I am 6’ 6", so I usually look for sports jerseys that are as big as I can possibly get. Adult XL is usually too small for me. Maybe 3XL?
