Aging bothers everyone. I used to recover quickly from a vigorous workout. Now I wake up at night aching. It can take several days to fully recover. I never had an elite athlete’s skills at any point in my life. I’m working hard now just to stay reasonably fit.
Chuck was still exercising and training right up till the end.
