Coffee or tea?

Wich do you prefer and how do you drink it?
I’m a coffee drinker,
couldn’t live without it.
Well, I could,
but I don’t want to.
I drink it black.
Actually I’m sitting here with
my morning coffee right now.

I like 'em both, but if I had to choose, it’s gotta be coffee (note the name). I like it black. I like it with cream. I like it with sugar. I like it with ice. I like it with chocolate/hazelnut/vanilla/whatever syrup. I like it however it can be given to me.

Coffee. Does a nervous system good.

Gee, JavaMaven, never would have guessed
that from your name.

I like tea hot or iced with lemon and
sacchrine.

I like coffee hot or iced with half&half
and sacchrine. Maybe I just like sacchrine.

coffee!!! Ughhhh… If I receive one more coffee maker for a wedding present I’ll throw it into the wall! I guess people figure that I don’t have one and want one.

I like tea though, especially raspberry or apple spice tea. With lots of honey.

…but “just add water” hot chocolate is the best, yum

Being English it has to be tea.

One thing I have noticed is that coffee drinkers over here seem to be smokers and tea drinkers much less so.
This is completely unscientific of course and just may be me seeing what I want to see.

I need my coffee. Right now, what I like best is ordinary German-style coffee (it’s much stronger and richer than American brands) with real cream and sugar.

I’m not terribly fond of tea, I only drink it when I’m sick. It probably has negative connotations to me now because of that. I do love iced tea, unsweetened with a little bit of lemon.

Coffee all the way. I’m enjoying my morning cup with cream right now. I like hot tea with lots of sugar and iced tea with lemon but I must have my coffee in the morning!

Coffee. French roast. Black.
Or espresso with a little sugar. Since I make it at home, I can have a real cup of espresso – about 400ml (14 oz.) per cup. Weekdays one is all I have time for, but weekends I’ll have two.
I get incredulous reactions when I go to a coffee bar and as for a 10-shot espresso.

For a refreshing drink, something with lunch or dinner or whatever, I like iced tea. No sugar or lemon.

Coffee. Milk, no sugar. Usually whatever brand is on sale – I’m not fussy, at least not in the morning.

I have never, ever been able to understand the appeal of tea, even though my mother’s a tea drinker and I grew up surrounded by it. Just tastes like leaves in water, as far as I can make out.

Coffee - 1 Aspartame, 1 Saccharine packet. Don’t ask me why, but it tastes much better if you mix the two. Friends who have “dared it” have mostly agreed that it does taste better. Although they don’t do it, because of the stigma attached to grabbing one of each at the table. Jeeeze.

I like tea with milk, sweetened or not.

I also love Starbuck’s Frappuchinos.

No coffee here. Tea though? Of course. Iced, preferably, with some drops of lemon and a lot of sugar.

Johnny L.A., we must have been separated at birth. I also make a pot of espresso every morning and drink the whole thing. It’s a 12-cup espresso pot, which is about 12 or 14 ounces. Mmmm mmm good.

I also love tea. I have at least ten different kinds in my kitchen, mostly loose. I’ve been drinking a lot of Vienna Opera Ball lately, which is an English breakfast tea. I also love all kinds of chai. If I make tea using a teabag, I use either an Irish brand or Lipton’s.

BTW, the caffeine in the pot of espresso has no noticeable effect on me. But if I drink a Coke at 8:00 PM, I’ll be up all night.

Tea - Black, no sugar.

Coffee - Milk, no sugar, but I like it better with cream, mmmmm!!

I usually drink tea, but coffee is a nice change sometimes!

coffee, regular
or
tea, earl grey.

Cold, sweetened tea or regular coffee. Except in the cases of flavored tea (which should be hot) or cappuccino (which is best cold).

I drink a lot of instant mocha. Yum yum.

But I also drink regular coffee. Sometimes black, sometimes not. And tea.

I love coffe. But if I had to choose, I’d go with tea. Especially Darjeeling or Assam Golden Tip.

Tea. Earl Grey or English Breakfast with milk and sugar.

Think i’ll put the water on to boil now.

Though I’m not a terribly big fan of either. Would prefer a big glass of Orange Juice, personally.

you put milk in earl grey? hmmm… have you tried it without? if not, please do.
