Cologne help needed.

I currently use Curve™ and Sung™ colognes…but they’re both getting old in the tooth…

In the past I have worn Fahrenheit™ (hope I got that righ and Grey Flannel™…

I’m game for new directions in my cologne adventures…whaddya like?

Davidoff Cool Water and Calvin Klein CKOne.

Aspen Discovery.

Looking for something cheap and yummy? Try Gravity, available at a WalMart near you!

Seriously. My ex wore Gravity, it’s awesome. And it smells good on almost every guy.

I’ll second Cool Water, too. Good stuff…mmmm…

Opium! A nice musky scent with many layers. I heartily reccommend it.

Tuna Fish Sandwich!

I have always been partial to Lagerfeld. But no cologne is nice too. Just a nice soapy (preferably Dial) smell.

I like Givenchy’s Pi. It makes my wife look at me that certain way…

I’m not a big fan of cologne, but the women in my past always seemed to like the smell of Obsession on me. Maybe it was a Freudian thing.

Halston Z-14.

Wow…thanks for the suggestions…I hate dealing with those cologne spritzer chicks at the department stores…but I’ll tough it out…

Soap and antiperspirant, usually. And a squirt of CK One for special occasions.

Damn straight…mmmm…Aspen Discovery smells so good. Also, Clinique Happy for men is really nice, so are the Hugo Boss Colognes…
~Kittie

Kittie, Aspen Discovery is my absolute favorite. It practically makes my mouth water. Of course, having no man near to hand that I could force to wear it, I just spray it on myself and walk around smelling like a boy… but an oh-so-good-scented boy.

Whatever you choose, just remember that a little goes a long way.

I often get compliments when wearing Tiffany for Men.

Man oh man, I hear ya. Cologne is my weakness, and I love both men’s and women’s cologne. Hubby doesn’t like though, so I only get to wear men’s cologne by spraying it on in the department stores. Sweet bliss…

As far recommendations for male cologne, I know Givenchy makes some nice ones. But important general facts to remember are: (1) do not buy cologne from a drug store (cheap stuff does smell cheap); and (2) cologne/perfume does have a shelf life – usually about a year, so use it up and chuck the old stuff.

Hugo. Definitely Hugo. I LOVE it when my bf wears Hugo. mmmmmm…

If you can find a place near you that sells it (try your nearest Saks), Jo Malone’s Lime, Basil, and Mandarin is wonderful. Very basic and natural-smelling. I have a friend who wears it, and every woman he meets comments on how great he smells.

Note… I have never heard a single woman of my close acquaintance express any affection for cologne at all. Tolerance at best, disgust at worst.

Myself? I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE smelling cologne on a man. Indescribably horrid to me.
