Notice to all, there are many universal events converging on all the regular poker players coming due this Friday (graduations, birthdays, losing virginities, etc), so we are cancelling the Friday game. But the tournaments will be back next Wednesday, please give them a try.

Something like that anyway! We missed the regular hold em night last Friday, because people were wasting time with their families or other dumb stuff like that.

A little snafu with the game tonight, SOMEBODY, I’m not gonna say who, screwed the times up. Those of you who are going to play at 9:30, there is a new game that just started you can join. If not, we can keep the 9:30 time since the game is already scheduled.
(also, it was Slacker, not me, who screwed up)

I’d be interested. However, it might be best to start a new group. A group hosted by a banned user who can no longer post messages about it isn’t likely to attract a large number of Dopers. And SlackerInc wasn’t the most popular poster, people might stay away because they object to him personally.
Slacker could make Slash an administrator of the club and then at least someone on the board could schedule the game, though it really makes no difference.
MentalGuys’s poker club is still up on Pokerstars too, and I am an admin for that club so we could use that as well. But I have no problem with Slacker and he would be as welcome there as anyone else.
That being said, I would play again, but can’t commit to playing every week.
