Taxi cab confession time: could any of you tell that I was intentionally dumping chips to get out of the game? I think someone sniffed it, so I had to get more clever.
I won a dime ticket in the 1:00 facebook freeroll today (Sunday) (48 out of whatever - 2500? botting since we hit the money), but finished out of the money in the 7:00 facebook dimeroll.
I still have a dime ticket for some night when I don’t mind spending 4 or more hours trying to cash.
Dumping chips? Didn’t notice at all as I was playing everyhand trying to do the same. Didn’t work for me but I also didn’t care if anyone noticed.
From what I could tell, I was in 12th place a majority of the game. As time wore on, I grew tired. One of the last hands I had, I went for Hi, and it was during Razz. That’s when I pack up the overextended, frankly for nothing, game.
i think we were all trying to dump chicks towards the end of the 2nd hour. you could tell that it was going to be a looooooong game by that point.
and live and learn. when you play the freerolls in hourse the blinds go up every time the game changes (every ten minutes). so at least it moves along.
but no problems mental we live and learn and this is still a new experience for most of us. got to expect some sort of learning curve.
Personally, I think I was doing an admirable job of dumping chIPs, but otherwise agree completely with peeks.
It looks like Oslo has graciously scheduled a Pot Limit Hold’em/Omaha tourney for tonight. With reasonable blind levels, so you should not need to be there all night. It is at 9:00 central time.
So tonights PL Hold’em/Omaha tourney went for 2 hours and 8 minutes with quite the heads up finale between myself and MentalGuy:

Well shoot. Didn’t know we had a tournament today. Thought we might’ve, but I didn’t see an e-mail from Stars. Bummer, I was looking forward to playing PLO/Omaha split with y’all.
There is another chance. But I switched things up a little. MentalGuy gave me Admin rights so I created another tournament, with a some twists
This Omaha H/L will be ‘No Limit’ and I accelerated the Blind increases from 10 minutes increments to 5 minutes.
The Default Blind (and unchangeable) structure is too slow. It goes from:
10/20
15/30
20/40
25/50
30/60
40/80
50/100
60/120
…
which is too slow IMO. So I changed the blind levels increasing from 10 minutes to 5 minutes. And, This one has antes starting at 30/60 Blind level.
However, the starting stack is now 2000 chips instead of 1500 chips.
Game is at 8 pm sharp Central time Tonight! come join us.
Unfortunately, there was not much of an us tonight. With 5 minutes to go before shuffle up and deal, only Meeko and I were signed up. So IMed Meeko to unregister. At that time MentalGuy and PeekerCpa signed up. I re-registered and IMed Meeko to re-register but he didn’t make it in time.
Oh well I kicked butt once again:

I like the format, but only saw 2 people registered at the last minute and didn’t think a Hi/Lo game would be much fun with only 3 or 4 people. But we should try it again some time, I’d like to play Omaha Hi/Lo some more.
No offense, Well thats one of the problems, if everyone thought like that, no one would ever sign up.
With five minutes to go, I told Meeko to un-register because he and I were the only ones registered. I didn’t want to play heads up. And then Peeker and MentalGuy showed up at the last minute to play. I re-registered and barely got in.
