Beautiful sunny day, not windy at all. Got up to about 80F.
Got some chores done and then spent a couple hours ventilating tin cans with my new pellet gun.
Currently sitting by the fire, in the woods, every star in the sky visible. Current temp about 60 degrees. Beautiful evening, probably the last like this for the year, weather’s supposed to turn back to more seasonal temps Tuesday. So glad I took tomorrow off!
I was born and raised in Indiana, and I’m immensely proud to tell people that. I come from a little further south, though.
Yes, same beautiful weather here in NE Ohio.
As a southern hemisphere person, I am experiencing opposite seasons, and an inverse shift. The cold days now seem to be behind us, and the consistently sunny days are starting at last. It’s 30°C here today, and it’s expected to hover within the 20s for the next two weeks at least, which means it will only get warmer after.
*For you luddites stuck in the old ways: 20°C = 68°F, 30°C = 86°F, so 70s to 90s
Our previous record high temperature for this day was 19C.
Today we broke that record, reaching 21C !
Lawns are still green, some flowers still blooming, not a cloud in the sky.
We’ve had a week of spectacular weather here, after days of cold, even snow in the air!
(I think the weather systems shift tomorrow, bummer!)
