SHANTLS: A woman named Chantelle or some variant spelling thereof. It’s a pretty common base name from which African American girls’ unique names are created.
SHANEPH on some forgettable crossover. I’m guessing someone named Shane with the middle and last initials P.H.
GODBE4U on a Camaro. I’m not sure if that’s “God be for you” or “God before you”.
Some sports fandom, all New York license plates:
ORIOLES 7, quite possibly a Baltimore baseball fan
STELERZ, definitely a Pittsburgh football fan (license plate holder says “Pittsburgh Steelers”)
ROLLTIDE, a UAlabama fan for sure judging by other paraphernalia in addition to the plate.
Then there was ERROR444, which I interpret as “the second baseman had a lousy day in the field.” But I could easily be wrong!
A 444 error is a type of website error.

I guess that makes sense, even though I’ve only seen 404. What, only the cool kids get 444?

Which I have done - they are available at car shows, odd thing there is no provision to document any of it.
Nobody can tie that plate, to my car - best I can tell the local turnpike is now free
