JZZMN on a FL 5-character something booster plate. If the “jazz man” plays jazz with any of the free-spirited no-rules abandon I saw him driving with, it’ll be a hell of a show.
I suppose it could be “Jasmine” except the driver was most definitely male.

I took some vacation days this week and while I’ve been out and about I saw:
GOLFRMN on a Jeep… assuming the driver is a guy who likes to play golf
CX PISA in the Meijer parking lot… no clue on that one
SEVILLA on a non-descript SUV… someone’s a fan of the football club?
Maybe he liked playing Golf with Richard Milhous Nixon.

So, I assume the second driver is Hungry and either hungry was taken or there’s a limit on how many letters on that kind of specialty plate.
The first one made more sense when I thought it said MI toy.
Both were on KY “Friends of Coal” plates.
FLYNHWN on an old blue California plate on a newish Toyota SUV. “Flyin’ hewn”? Or is HWN an airport that they fly out of?
Only if they fly out of Zimbabwe. 
Hey, it’s not entirely impossible that the driver was a Zimbabwean bush pilot who immigrated here 40+ years ago (when California last issued those blue plates) 
…But it is pretty unlikely.
I read it as ‘Flyin’ Hawaiian’. A pilot who was born in Honolulu?
That could be. Or just a Hawaiian who can run really fast.
Perhaps distantly related to the “Throwin’ Samoan.”

Maybe TTUN is a respelling for “Teton(s)”. This person likes the mountains in Wyoming?
QN Vasquez probably. Are QN their given name(s) initials? Does QN come phonetically close to something like e.g. “I’m” or “the amazing” in
Spanish?
The driver of a Ford Taurus apparently got annoyed that I stopped at a red light so they blasted out around me as soon as the light turned green. I caught up to them at the next red light (heh!) and the license plate read 1FNFRD. “One f-ing Ford”?
And then I saw H1CKUP in the Lowe’s parking lot on an SUV. A fan of “How to Train Your Dragon”?

JR⎵561 on a 5-character FL state parks booster plate on a Mazda 3. 561 is the traditional area code for Palm Beach county. JR is probably their initials.
BLV⎵U⎵CN on a 7-character FL food bank booster plate on a late model high end Mercedes convertible. I find the choice of plate background and the choice of car a bit incongruous. Unless maybe the car owner was once poor and starving and has now succeeded and credits their great belief in themselves for their success. And is paying it forward by supporting food banks.
2BE⎵FRE on a FL standard plate on a non-descript something or other. I wonder what “being free” means to them?
ERR⎵MAR on a FL standard plate on a 4-door jeep pickup truck. I’d like it to be something entertaining but I bet it’s just his’n’hers initials.
PIG⎵STY on a FL standard plate on a generic sedan. The decode is obvious. The sentiment behind it? Now that’s a headscratcher! The car was clean & undamaged, so it wasn’t a comment about their car.
The Vasquez makes sense but ‘Q’ is very rare for a first initial. I’ve never come across any IRL and looking at name lists there are about a half dozen each for boys and girls.
Of course it takes only one.
I was thinking something like “Que nombre (es) Vasquez” or “What kind of name is Vaquez?” Some silly phrase, maybe from a movie.
