One of my favorites was a car out in Utah that I passed almost every day. The plate read MYHODA. I ddn’t get it until I noticed that the “N” had fallen off the back lettering of the car that was supposed to read HONDA
EVERGRN on a green Kia at the grocery store. One of the Es was a 3 but I don’t remember which one.
GMA BNY on a minivan.
Grandma Bunny, I presume.
I’m reading that as “Hair Doctor”, and I bet they’re selling some sort of snake oil that they claim reverses hair loss.
Oh, I definately got the Hair, MD meaning. Our ski tuner is Ski MD. But the MAGA-like phrasing, but not exact, on a Cybertruck (which is actually being used to haul something) makes me wonder what the rest of the story is.

Both mundane vehicles with no stickers, frames, or other paraphernalia that might support the messages.

As to the HAIRMD CT …
My take is it’s just somebody reusing the “make [whatever] great again” line. The vast majority of those I see are mocking, not praising, MAGA. Same idea as the bumper stickers reading “Visualize using your turn signals”. It’s mocking the once very popular “Visualize world peace” sticker without needing to mention it.
It’s also very common in the hair biz to name your studio something punny. I see this as just another form of wordplay. Likewise the “UR” instead of “your” when there was plenty of room for the whole word. That’s LolCats-speak. Especially since they chose yellow and black rather than red and blue as their motif colors. Just somebody with a humor-forward style.
As to why a CT? Darn good question. But the overall eye-catching nature and the slab-sided and slab-sterned shape of the thing makes it a nearly ideal rolling billboard. Slab front too.
I’m going with “Jus’ vib’n” or more explicitly “Just vibing”. Meaning just chillin’ out, enjoying the good vibrations.
I saw just 1 in the last couple of days. Spent most of the holiday off the roads.

Seen on vacation this weekend:
ORD3R66 from a Star Wars fan
BALL4 from a baseball fan
CTLPERK from a Friends fan
VEINY on a Tacoma. As in they have lots of visible veins? That’s an odd thing to advertise.
Possibly a bodybuilder; visible veins (“vascularity”) are apparently a desirable thing for them.
RIP G4S on a Tesla.
STITCHN on a mini-van in the post office parking lot
That was my guess but Dead Head? surfer dude (unlikely in Arizona)? or maybe a tweaker, who can tell?
WUZ4RNN on a Toyota Land Cruiser. “Was foreign”, I assume. A naturalized citizen, maybe?
Or maybe Was 4Runnin’ if they’ve moved up in the Toyota lineup.
That was my thought.
7ANDRE on a Mercedes sedan. Boring. I mean, at least 7 other people named Andre already had the idea to put their name on their plate.
