oldscratch, Rasa, and the rest of you who have SOs, it is unseemly gloating that has the rest of these poor saps so bummed. Let’s give them a chance to rebuild their shattered lives so they can do some gloating, too.
Okay, I’m not really looking, but I’m kinda bored, so this is me.
I’m Kyla, I’m 22, and I live in Northern California. I’m 5’5" and have dark blond hair and blue eyes. You can see my pic on the SDPP if you so desire. I work in a bookstore but am presently looking for other employment (have an interview on Wednesday!). I graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in March with a degree in Anthropology and a focus on Religious Studies. I studied abroad (1998-1999) in Jerusalem, Israel. I’m a Reformish Jew, but I teach Hebrew School at the local Conservative shul. I’m politically very liberal. I love to read, especially novels, kids books, history, and conceptual science stuff (don’t have the math to read anything more complicated). Oh, and I love baseball, specifically the SF Giants. I love dogs, and am allergic to cats. I’m a vegetarian and believe firmly in the power of extra hot salsa. I love to travel, except to Los Angeles.

Wow. I expected to get flamed, or at least razzed, to the far ends of the planet, for opening up. But it looks as though I’ve spearheaded a trend. Let’s see some more…Let’s get REAL!!!

BMG is based out of New York. There are also shows in Boston, Chicago and Vegas, though. I (obviously) work the Chicago one.
I just moved here in May, Mike, so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t me. The possibilities of someone hitting on me at Gunther Murphey’s (or the L&L or the Duke of Perth) THIS year are mighty high, though.
Glad to see you like Gunthers’. I’ve been going there since I was 17 and it was The Belmont Lounge- A German hunters’ bar with great food. DofP has unbelievable fish and chips but the peas are yucky sometimes. What’s the LofL? Earl of LochNess?

L&L Tavern at Clark and Belmont. Cool little dive bar. Big Blue Man hangout. Loud, gross, sweaty, full of theatre folk. Not too bad a place.
Oh yeah, I’ve seen it but never been in.
