I bumped it Thursday night.
It was just dcnewsman, SqrlCub and myself today. We went to the Au Bon Pain at Vermont and L Street.
I showed the remaining pictures from Sweden, we talked about how quickly this week moved, and also the mysterious X-mas gift for Anniz that I can’t seem to have shipped out of the country by an on-line retailer.
I know I am a little late for lunch today - but is this an on-going thing? I could make it some time, if such is the case.

Yes, it’s a regular thing. We meet at noon on Fridays at the Vermont Ave. exit of the McPhereson Sq. Metro stop.

Damn! Stupid LAN people worked on my comp for most of the morning and I couldn’t get in till now. I guess we’ll just call it on account of underattendance till next week; just to be safe I’m gonna see if you’re out at the Metro and talk to you there.
Guess we missed each other. I walked up but didn’t see you at the Metro so I walked up to the burrito stand. So are we all going to get together next Friday, remember it is the last work day before Christmas…I’m not sure who is working that day or not. I will be.
Dammit! Sorry I missed you - musta been by just a couple of minutes. Since the last workday of the year for me is next Friday, I’m definitely going to show up. I was also thinking - why don’t we try keeping the DCLB to every other Friday? That way people can plan for it and we won’t get so discouraged with low attendance every week. What say y’all?
The every-other-Friday idea sounds good to me, Jeff.
I can’t make it next week (I’ll be in FL), but starting two weeks from then, January 5, I ought to be able to join you guys on a fairly regular basis, if that’s the ‘every other week’ chosen. (That’s my AWS Friday. :))
