In other news, unless I’m reading the article wrong (and I hope I am) the Applewhites may be gone after this season.
So is he saying they’re gone from the show, or that the mystery will be resolved and they will settle into the humdrum, nonentity neighbors of Wisteria Lane?

I’m okay with ending the Applewhites’ story. I love Alfre Woodard too, but we haven’t seen enough of her. I hope they resolve that plot line and not just have them disappear. They’re setting us up for Caleb going after Danielle in some way. I hope his brother (or mom) doesn’t end up killing him or something.
I don’t think Carol has played a meanie before, so it will be very interesting to see her range.
I don’t like the way the Applewhites were handled. There is so much more to that story (like, where is Mr. Applewhite?) and I think they got short shrift. I hope they don’t have everyone die in a big explosion in their kitchen, The End.
