Gorgeous! Can we see more?

Thank you very much! More here. The website is also my creation. My partner won’t let me put up this metalbreastplate. (Warning: depiction of actual breast, ahoy. Possibly NSFW?)
I just went to NYC and got some photos of the Chrysler Building (which I love). Played with them a bit in Picnik, and I’m quite partial to this shot: IMG_6662 | Jeff McC | Flickr
here is the clay version of a project I’m working on. I then made a rubber mold, then three wax heads from the mold, then three plaster molds from the wax, and burned out the wax. That’s where it sits right now. Later this week I will be pouring the heads as clear resin (they’ll look like glass) and they will have things embedded inside them. Eventually they’ll be mounted on a base that has light inside so they’ll kind of glow (I hope–that’s the plan, anyway.)

Very nicely observed, my hat’s off to you.

It would probably be a little better if it was observed LOL. I actually didn’t have a reference to look at, I just sort of winged it figuring it was supposed to be kind of stylized anyway, so any “offness” could just be put up to that. Thanks, though! I am really really hoping the resin ones come out. I will be heartbroken if they don’t. :X

I’m not sure if it is just me, but I can’t seem to load any of GuanoLad’s pictures. And I was hoping to see some more 3D work too.

Darn. it works okay for me. Perhaps my website was down while you tried.
I love your stuff. I’m desperate to see some more good steampunk animations, there aren’t enough out there.

OK, here’s an illustration of a Coelophysis that I did fairly recently for a British publishing house…still trying to perfect the art of composite images…

ETA: All this was done in Cinema4D. And OpalCat, I really dig your work, great stuff.
