I will eat store-bought cookie dough right out of the tube. The entire package, in one sitting. I do use a spoon; I have a friend who peels the tube and eats it like a giant banana.
I cannot be trusted around a can of black olives. Once open, the can will be empty in about four minutes. When I was a kid, I’d drink the olive juice.
I like to dip my French fries in chocolate milkshakes. A super-thick Frosty from Wendy’s is perfect for this.
If I drop an M&M on the floor, I’ll just pick it up and eat it.
How about you? Anything you need to get off your chest?
I’ll admit that I love cream cheese and grape jelly sandwiches.
Or tomato sandwich with Hellman’s and tomato cut into in big fat slices.
Occasionally french fries dipped in mayonaisse.
When I was a vegetarian (for 10 years) I never gave up pepperoni. So, I guess I wasn’t a “real” vegetarian. But that’s all the meat I ever ate: a few slices of pepperoni from the salad bar, every now and then.
Like the OP, I also love cookie dough tubes (seriously, does anyone ever actually BAKE those?) but I can’t eat a whole one in one sitting–not even close. It’s funny how much more cookie dough I could eat than cookies, though.
I drink dill pickle juice to this day. Someone once told me that was a sign of dehydration, and that drinking pickle juice was similar to drinking Gatorade. Don’t know if that’s true or not–I just love the taste.
I am a fast food addict. It is only through sheer willpower that I only go to Burger King an average of once per week, and while I feel guilty (and large) afterward, I savor every last bite.
Ditto on the french fries and chocolate milkshakes.
I love circus peanuts. They have to be fresh and squishy and so sickeningly-sweet-smelling that they make my husband want to vomit. Just talking about them makes me want them right now.
I often eat leftover spaghetti or lasagna for breakfast. I warm it up though, unlike when I eat pizza for breakfast.
Same. In my mind, there is no difference between “breakfast foods” and “rest of day” foods. I will eat my leftover Chinese for breakfast! And sometimes, I get a little mad inside when I can’t get a burger or sandwich at the deli before 11:00am.
I love garlic! I put garlic in almost everything I cook, except oatmeal. (I tried it in oatmeal once, and it was nasty.) There’s some garlic in my lunch, right now. Mmmmm. Basically, I eat a head or two of garlic every day.
One of my favorite things to pack for lunch is a mixture of Hormel no-bean chili (the kind with the grease puddle on the top of the can)and plain white rice. I mix it together then heat and eat.
It’s the perfect lunch food - tasty, filling and cheap.
This is me. I also drank pickle juice when I was a kid. I can’t have potatoes in the house period or it’ll be potato pancakes every day until they are gone.
i drink massive quantities of buttermilk–at least 3-4 12 ounce glasses a day. they only sell it in half gallons here, so i have to go at least weekly and buy 3-4 at a time. at least it is made from 1% milk, or i’d be a fat ol’ cow!
Sometimes of an evening, I remember that i have no meeting at work
scheduled for tomorrow, the colleague on the next desk is still on
vacation or on a business trip tomorrow, and there are no personal
or party commitments on the next day.
This happens every few weeks.
Then it’s off to the Greek restaurant a few streets away.
Fried aubergines with tsatsiki, salad with a dollop of
tsatsiki, moussaka with a nice helping of tsatsiki.
Next day I sit in lonely splendor in the office
(foreplanned, see above), stinking away.
