I don’t think so, or at least they wouldn’t do it just for being nude. Not only did I not see any rule against it, but a quick search returns numerous pictures of nude people doing various things.
Flickr has quite a bit of nudity on it, so it won’t be a problem unless it isn’t marked appropriately. I know a dominatrix who hosts pictures on it and she hasn’t had any problems–but her pictures are set as private.
In their community guidelines, they have the following don’t:
I, too, like what you did with the lighting. You also have some good definition on your upper body. woo hoo
Wow! I really like you painted up for Burning Man, that’s hot!
I’m one of them. Oddly enough she consented to let me put a ring on her finger, as well.
Thought that was Montfort, with whom (if memory serves) she also has two children. Or’m I conflating people again?
Whole buncha conflating going on there. Montfort and she divorced several years ago. She does have two kids, though.
Re Flickr
I don’t think they’d delete an account for nude photographs. I forgot to set my nudes to restricted (meaning they showed up on safe search and had no warning). Flickr sent me an e-mail notifying me that my photographs were now sent to restricted and to be more careful in the future.
What with this thread and the dead-dopers one, seems like I stopped mentally updating a while ago.
She updates periodically on livejournal (thus my knowledge of her kids). Good thing, I guess, that I haven’t recently asked her how Montfort’s doing:)
Glad you enjoyed them, and nice to see more love for my tattoo as well.
How do you figure you’re ugly in any way shape or form? Unless those safe pics you linked to are particularly unrepresentative of how attractive you are I’d say you were very easy on the eye.
I’m just catching up with what I missed over the weekend, and I didn’t want to miss this question. I have a boyfriend. I didn’t ask him before I posted the photos, but I think I may have mentioned the thread to him. Or maybe not, I’m not sure. Anyway, I’m not concerned about him finding out because he already knows about my blog, where the pictures are available for all and sundry to view, and because he doesn’t mind me getting naked in front of other people. The subject has come up several times at parties (fun parties!) or when I’m hanging out with friends, and he’s totally fine with me taking my clothes off wherever and whenever I feel like it.
Unfortunately, Photobucket has taken down all but two of your photos. Nonetheless, this one is really beautiful: http:// Photo Storage | Photobucket
I don’t think you’re ugly at all. Furthermore, you have the kind of bone structure that ages particularly well, so as you age you’re likely to become even more handsome. Call me if you’re in town in 10 years.
And that body paint pic? Awesome. Last time I had body paint, I sunburned my boobs. Ouch.
I’ll add my vote to that, too - not ugly at all. I think WhyNot is right about the bone structure, too.
Thanks. Odd that they deleted them, none of them were even full nudes. (I actually had something on in 4 of the 5 they took down, unlike the 2 they left up!) The only one I could see being taken down was a rear shot down to about the knees.
Thanks! There’s more here (SFW) and here (NSFW)
lol I don’t think I’m ugly (depending on how early I wake up) - I was responding to to the poster’s worry that their compliment might be misinterpreted offensively. And I was just using my example to show that I’d take even a “back handed” compliment graciously
This is good news. Hopefully my bone structure will compensate for the eventual loss of hair
hehe. Yeah, I did all the painting myself (my entire body! somebody did take pictures of the entire… artwork… but I failed to get copies or I would have posted that here) but I missed a few stripes down my back. The resulting long strips of red sunburn made me look like I had been whipped after I washed the paint off.
The lady next to you has pretty boobies.
I have an SO. He knows. He doesn’t care. Actually, most of the pictures I posted were ones I stole from him after he posted them to a message board HE goes to.
I’m curious about something. I was looking at my pictures on Flickr and some have been viewed far more than the others. As you would expect, those photos which have been linked to directly have been viewed the most times. But in some cases photograph A has only five views and photograph B has over forty. I can’t figure out why some photographs seem so popular. I really wish people would leave comments.
You know, I thought I was done with this thread. I posted some pictures, got a couple of compliments, and enjoyed the thrill of showing my special area to the world. Then my account was shut down for some reason, the narcissism I was feeling went away and I moved on. Now I find out that there was a view count that I missed and my curiosity about how many people looked is flaring up. Is there a way to get that information from a deactivated account?
And the narcissism is coming back, dammit. If anyone makes it this far into the thread wants to see a picture let me know.
