There was a news piece on this a couple of weeks ago - they’re tightening the laws on images so that if you have a scene where someone’s life/safety looks like it could be in danger then it will (from sometime next year) be deemed illegal to possess. Whether the picture is staged with actors or taken using an actual victim, it won’t matter.
Hey, I did say it was silly.

How will they account for historic depictions of torture, execution, etc.? Stick the curators of the Tate in prison?

So any movie that depicts killing or endangerment will be illegal then? No wonder Pinewood Studios is moving to Toronto. Of course they didn’t spin it that way in the news announcement.
I should have said out the outset that the intended arena is extreme pornography, but technically you could argue that the picture we were discussing earlier falls into that category if you really wanted to (I don’t, but playing devil’s advocate).

So the bill would ban depictions of violence in a sexual context. That’s different.

Here’s a recent one of me and my kitty. She’s 18 and has just been diagnosed with cancer, plus her left front leg is in a splint and bandage. She loves to sit on laps and get snuggles.

Hugs to Opal and her kitteh.

She’s cute. Very pretty coloring. Give her some snuggles for me.

Beautiful kitty. I’m so sorry about the diagnosis.
Thanks. So far she’s still a happy kitty. I bought a sling on Amazon that just got here today–it is similar to a baby sling, and will let me keep her with me when I’m not sitting down. She follows me around hoping I’ll sit down and she can get on my lap, but I can’t just sit down all day!

Snuggles are good, but its when you brush the whiskers, scratch under the chin and then slowly stroke those really good spots behind the ears that…
runs and pretends to be asleep now that Count Blucher is home from work
Well the ghost thread has finally provoked me into learning how to upload pics to the internet. (I’ve had a Yahoo email since forever, but only today did I find out that Flickr is part of Yahoo. Duh!)

You are very handsome, tdn, and a snappy dresser, too!

Thank you, sweetie!
You should see how I’m dressed today. I wore this shirt a couple of weeks ago, and some very cute women at work said that it took a very secure and sexually confidant man to get away with this color.
