No, no, no. Tasmania is one of Australia’s states. New Zealand is not an Australian state, being, in fact, a separate nation.
People from New Zealand are called “Kiwis”, as you’ve noticed. People from Tasmania are sometimes called “Tassies” or “Tazzies” (not sure how it’s pronounced) if you’re not calling them “Aussies” — which you can do if you want, since they’re also Australians.

I have a dim recollection that there was someone around here from Finland, but I don’t remember who it was… or if it was even this board, really. This was a long time ago.
I was thinking - they have those maps of population density, that have points of light representing people, and subsequently big bright spots where there are cities and whatnot. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could get such a map of the world with a point representing each doper? Does anyone know what I’m talking about?
