Speaking only for myself – while I was born in the U.S. (and so I am considered a citizen of the US, and even own a passport) I have been living in Israel since the age of 1 (except for 3 years spent in the US, all before the age of 20), and definitely consider myself an Israeli first, an American second.

I seem to remember someone mentioning that he was of Pakistani origin. I don’t know if he posts from there though.
I, for one, have lived in the Netherlands 30 of my 31 years (one year on exchange program with Sweden). I also know for sure that Maastricht is a ‘true’ Dutchie. 
I was going simply by what people noted as their location. I was thinking we were tracking where everyone was posting from, not their actual citizenship.
So I either represent Holland or Ireland.
And I think Mycroft Holmes qualifies for Germany.
